Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement where appropriate.
